Silver State Schools CU People Over Profit Foundation (the “POP Foundation,” “Foundation,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of our website visitors. Please be advised, your email address is used to send you important information about the Foundation and updates on our programs, projects, and activities. Outside of a third-party site that we use to process your donations, the Foundation does not sell, trade, or share donor’s private information with other organizations that intend to use it to market their products or services.

We may share your information if it is required by law and to any third parties, such as lawyers, accountants, advisors, who work with the Foundation and maintain the same confidentiality as any employee.

Are children allowed to access the Foundation’s website?

We are committed to helping the youth in Nevada succeed and offer or help fund programs that help to ensure their success. We hope that children, with their parent’s supervision, will visit our website together to learn about the Foundation and any opportunities for children to participate. We do not intentionally collect personal information from people under the age of 18. Anyone under the age of 18 who would like more information on our privacy policy, please have your parents contact us at the email or mailing address located at the end of this policy.

Our Privacy Policy is current as indicated by the “Last Modified” date legend at the top of this page.
